Appointment scheduling and deposit

Please note:

• Appointments are only available with a deposit of at least €100.

• Appointments for day sessions are only available with a deposit of at least €200.

• If multiple follow-up appointments are scheduled, the deposit paid will only be credited at the last appointment.

• If the appointment is not kept or is not cancelled 5 working days in advance, the deposit will be retained as compensation for the cancellation!

• If two consecutive appointments are missed, all further appointments will be cancelled (without prior notice) and the deposit will be forfeited. New appointments will then only be scheduled upon prepayment of the full session price! If this prepayment is not kept or cancelled in a timely manner, the entire prepayment will be forfeited due to the tattoo artist's lost work time.

• We are not obligated to refund any advance payments made.

• Missed follow-up appointments will in future be charged a flat fee of at least €50!

Reason:

Only in this way can we arrange a timely and appropriate appointment with you. Please leave your phone number without being asked! (Even after each rescheduled appointment!) It is essential in order to cancel your appointment in exceptional circumstances!

When scheduling an appointment

The customer declares that they are at least 18 years old, or have provided the consent of a parent or guardian, and have informed us of any pre-existing medical conditions or pregnancy. For the protection of the child, we do not tattoo during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
